Outbound buses from Birmingham will turn left from Wood Lane onto Field Lane, make a U-turn at Scotland Lane island, then return along Field Lane to the terminus. Inbound buses toward Birmingham will start on Field Lane, U-turn at the same island, then rejoin the regular route via Wood Lane. The agency said normal service resumes at 5am Tuesday once crews finish the pavement repairs.
