App Features Real-Time Tracking and Mobile Payments

SoFloGO provides real-time tracking for buses and trains, allowing riders to monitor vehicles as they approach stops. The app includes mobile fare payment functionality, eliminating the need for physical tickets or cash when boarding. Existing BCT App Remains Available

Riders who currently use the BCT Mobile app can continue using that application for Broward County Transit trips and fare purchases, officials said. The SoFloGO app is available for download on both the App Store for iOS devices and Google Play for Android devices. Transit officials didn't specify whether the BCT app will eventually be phased out in favor of the regional platform.

Seamless Cross-County Travel Now Possible

The new platform enables riders to plan seamless trips across county lines throughout the three-county region without switching apps or payment methods.
