The new stadium sits approximately half a mile from the Miami Intermodal Center at Miami International Airport, making it the most convenient Metrorail access point for fans. The 10-minute walk connects riders to the venue, with Inter Miami ambassadors stationed along the route to guide fans on game days. Eight Metrobus routes—7, 20, 36, 37, 42, 57, 150, and 338—also serve the Intermodal Center station, providing connections from across Miami-Dade County. Transit agencies typically prioritize stadium locations near existing infrastructure to maximize ridership and reduce parking demand.
Frequency Boost Targets Peak Travel Times
On game days, Orange Line trains will operate at 15-minute intervals throughout the day, a significant increase from typical weekend schedules. After 5 p.m., Green Line service between Palmetto and Earlington Heights stations will match that frequency to accommodate fans traveling from western Miami-Dade neighborhoods. The coordinated schedule aims to handle both pre-game and post-game crowds without requiring riders to wait extended periods between trains. Standard Metrorail fares apply: $2.25 per ride, $5.65 for a 1-Day Pass, or $29.25 for a 7-Day Pass, payable via EASY Card, the GO Miami-Dade Transit app, contactless payment, or station vending machines.
