County Working on Technology, Staffing Fixes

The Department of Transportation and Public Works said it's addressing challenges through improved technology, increased bus operator recruitment, and enhanced vehicle maintenance. Specific actions include maximizing bus fleet availability, deploying additional capacity on overcrowded routes, and improving real-time vehicle tracking. Officials didn't provide a timeline for when riders should expect to see improvements from these efforts.
